Copper Canyon
MEXICO
The Copper Canyon is a group of canyons consisting of 6 individual canyons in the Sierra Tarahumara in the Southwest part of the state of Chihuahua in Mexico. The whole canyon system is larger and portions are deeper than the Grand Canyon in the United States.The Copper Canyon is the traditional home of the indigenous Raramuri (Tarahumara) people.
